Dr. Wilke is a biologic, holistic, alternative and mercury safe dentist who’s main objective is to do no harm to patients by knowingly placing any materials into them that will cause harm, like mercury amalgam fillings, nickel beryllium metals, and performing procedures such as root canals, while also safely removing these materials placed from old dental work.

Great atmosphere. Professional, informative, personable.
Was nervous about going to see a holistic dentist for both what I paid a bunch of money over the years in root canals and metal to have, and the butt-chewing for waiting 2 yrs since my last visit to a dentist. Instead, I was welcomed, sought to understand my current health situation, explained a treatment plan based on priority and ways I could combine and save. With moving to San Antonio I was concerned about finding a TRULY Holistic Biological Dentist that would meet my high expectations. Excellent care provided by everyone
I don't like getting my teeth cleaned AT ALL. But, I will tell ya, Mary Beth makes everything right in the world when I am there. She is a gem of a human and I just adore her. I appreciate the "whole-istic" or holistic approach to teeth. They really get it right!!
I've left rave reviews for Total Mouth Fitness before but they continue to impress me with their patient care. I refer them to all my friends who live in this area. Everyone in their office exceeds my highest expectations!!!
