CROOKS LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!! They find any little excuse and reason to grab money from homeowners and charge a ridiculous amount for their HOA fee because THEY didnt ensure that the property was properly insured when they took responsibility for the property. *** doesnt know the laws to oversee a COA. They advise board one way and then turn on them and say we are not lawyers. As a homeowner I requested documents and cited laws for my legal request. *** emailed me back with a bunch of excuses and jabs at my family telling me how we cant have private information. This company is terrible. They work to manage our HOA and for years they have bullied the homeowners, charging them fees for ridiculous reason, they are disrespectful to the homeowners. As soon as a homeowner corrects one issue the next month the choose another one as a way to collect additional fees. They threaten liens on your property over things like fees for **** or clover in your yards.
