My first visit to Total Spine and I was highly impressed with their appointment process and having different locations for ease of scheduling. Everyone I've spoken to in this process has been very professional and caring. I’ve been to the office once and it was very efficient and everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a minor technical issue which was handled and resolved super quickly, with a smile and over the top customer service. The Doc was knowledgeable and talked through multiple options with me for my health problem. I’ll definitely be going back to see him again for further care.
What a great experience. Dr Sarna was extremely informative about my upcoming surgery. I walked in totally scared and anxious. Even though no one wants to hear you need neck surgery, my fears were much better after the appointment. I feel he's the best doctor to put my faith in. It's now in his hands to help.
We were very impressed with Dr Sarna and his staff. Very thorough in conversation and details of problems and possible solutions. No high pressure, down to earth, honest about ability and limitations. We felt totally at ease about moving forward. Would definitely Recommend to anyone seeking his services! Thank you
Dr Richard Gayles from my understanding (as a patient of over 5 years nearly) has left and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. (man seen in photos) I'm devastated by this as he was incredible. I'm not sure who is running his old office, but I haven't seen Dr Gayles return since the day I saw him on his last day in office. He said he'd be back, I'm hoping that happens at some point?
