Extremely Unprofessional & Outrageous Overbilling – Avoid! I visited Total Spine & Wellness for severe back and neck pain, hoping for expert help. Instead, I received a "consultation" that lasted less than 3 minutes. The person I spoke with seemed uninterested in diagnosing the issue. They actually asked ME what I wanted them to do or if I wanted an injection, rather than providing a professional recommendation. A usual visit to a doctor can be an unpleasant experience. I generally expect that it’s never peaches and cream. However….. from my very first conversation with Deanna to speaking with the next two ladies in coordinating my visit was possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with doctors offices. Once I arrived at the doctors office I had to deal with Penny. Again awesome. My next experience was with Kelly. I would say she quickly became my favorite ever dr assistant. Unbelievable!!! Dr. Zoe was an exceptional physician whom I had the pleasure of meeting. I loved her personality, and the meticulous care she provided, noticing details that others might overlook. Although I had a long-standing relationship with my previous doctor, Dr. Mohammed, and held him in high regard, Dr. Zoe has been the best I've encountered in Florida so far. Had first visit with Dr Giordano. He listened asked questions and I felt like he was really going to help me. I actually came for back and neck, which he ordered MRI’s on. I told him about the sharp pain in my shoulder. He used the ultrasound and gave me 2 separate injections. Within minutes I felt no pain. I see him in a few weeks for my back and neck pain. I look forward to the treatment plan he decides on. I finally feel hope after 30 years.
This is Patrick Barrett a former patient and I just want to let everyone know that I have been trying to get my own medical records from them for 3 months and all they do is play dumb, don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls. I have went into the office and filled out paperwork to get my records released. Please avoid this office it is the biggest money grab on narcoossee. Like I said before do not go here. Incompetence at its peak.
