I switched to Totally Blu and they’ve been exceptional! I can’t say enough about the owner Sunil and their pool service tech Shane! Their customer service is top notch and I’m impressed with how good my pool finally looks! I was previously using Pinch a Penny which was THE WORST! The owners that took over Pinch a Penny know nothing about pools! For about 6 months I kept telling their tech and the owner that my pool vacuum keeps getting stuck on the sides and in corners. I am a resident of AMH and has my pool service through Totally BLU. I have been in contact with this company for two weeks to get my pool serviced and fixed. I spoke with Iris who was actually nice but knew she said she is new so it’s only so much she could do. The day before my appointment I called to make sure they were coming out I was told yes still on the schedule. Totally Blu Pool Service is the best. I have used other competitors and they cannot match the price and quality of this Team. I just had them replace my pool pump and it was done perfectly. They went above and beyond to do the work accurately, and to total satisfaction. I highly recommend Team Totally Blu for all your pool and spa needs.
For the two months that I’ve been here in Florida the pool is only been vacuumed one time because I asked them to vacuum it using our vacuum because they never bring one they come and put chemicals in it. Skim and leave. Definitely do not recommend this company for a pool service
After two weeks of looking at a totall Green pool and several attempts asking for help I had to take action myself. Great service for over two years then a new person who had no idea of what he was doing. He arrived one day after I called for help with one tablet to fix the problem. The company did take my problem seriously.
