Just finished getting my nails done by Miu! She was literally the nicest nail tech I HAVE EVER encountered. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. On top of that she is so talented. I cannot wait to come back to get my nails done again💖
They’re incredibly kind and the space is very cozy! I had their gel set with custom designs and they absolutely nailed it. I was working with the nail artist Miu, she was incredibly gentle and kind! She checks in often to make sure it’s to my liking which I appreciate. There’s also an ongoing 20% discount for first-time visiters ^^ The nails came out superb and exactly like what I asked for. Definitely recommend
This was my first visit to this nail salon, and it was so amazing I’m definitely coming back! My nail artist (Miu) was really gentle and kind. I felt like I was really cared for, and I appreciated it a lot because I was really scared at first. I’ve had years of bad experience with other nail salons, where it always feels uncomfortable and painful, but I felt so relaxed and comfortable here. If you have any concerns, don’t be scared to talk to them because they will be so attentive and accommodating! Thanks so much Miu!
UPDATE: this has been my go-to spot since October 2025! All of the friends I've recommended Toto and Miu to have loved it, and I'm constantly getting complimented on my nails 🥰 I've been to Miu at Toto twice, and even when we've been going off of the vibe of a few different reference pictures, Miu is massively creative and an incredible artist. Miu was sweet, detailed, and perfectly replicated designs from a reference photo. This salon specializes in Japanese gel services at a very competitive price — a rare find in downtown Toronto. I highly recommend!
