Nick Nardone and his team were excellent. Very professional, responsive, and flexible by being able to pivot when circumstances changed. They worked under extreme pressure under a tight timeline and met the deadline. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and we have complete confidence in his abilities. His team is very supportive and nice to work with. An all around good experience. We would definitely use Touchstone again.
I recently purchased a condo and if not for my "team" at Touchstone Closing, would not be sitting in my dream home today. For real. The team on the sellers side (agent, owner, etc.) clearly had no idea what they got themselves into when they purchased a 2 family to convert to condos because while they chose a very good builder to create a wonderful end product, their business skills were severely lacking. Touchstone did an excellent job for our closing on both sides of the transaction. They are extremely knowledgeable and were easily accessible during all phases of the home buying/selling process. I can't recommend them enough.
