This was my first closing in 27 years. It went well. The lender sent me docs electronically the morning of closing so that was done before the closing. That made the closing at Touchstone go much quicker than I expected. I think I spent about 30 minutes total reviewing and signing docs for the actual closing. Much simpler that that last one 27 years ago.
This is the second time I have done business with Touchstone and they always do a fantastic job. Any little snags are dealt with promptly and Dan Cahill and his staff are the best!
Staff held my hand and kept me apprised of timing, information needed, information received. Touchstone helped my apartment purchase proceed smoothly.
