Sad to be leaving. Tower Property Management was by far the best landlord I’ve ever had. They were polite, educated and quick to respond to issues. They were even able to help my transition into owning my own home. You'd be hard pressed to find a more supportive, helpful group to rent from.
I do not recommend renting anything from this company. After a video tour, I moved for the first time in my life over 1000 miles away from home to Austin. I was very excited to start a new life in what I thought would be a cool location and house. I was greeted with a FILTHY, RAT INFESTED home managed by this company. Echoing most of the other low-rated reviews here, TPM clearly redefines the bar for incompetence if you’re a tenant. If you can sift through the padded reviews from landlords or their own staff and get to my review (no, they’re not allegedly left by employees after leaving TPM — we made sure to keep tabs on those amongst other issues throughout our tenure), I’m happy to walk through an abridged list of problems with this property management company.
