The location is easy to find and has easy access yet safe and practical entry control. The units, hardware, locks and cleanliness are in good working order. I definitely felt confident that my belongings in storage were in good hands with ready to use 24/hour access as needed. Will definitley use Tower Storage again in the future if ever needed!
I provided my credit card information over the phone and now I’m receiving fraudulent charges on that card. If you wanna do everything virtually, you need to have a secure means of doing it

The customer service is great but the location of the unit & the way they’re made allowed mice to get into the units.
