When I moved in in 2002, it was a good place to live. I'm just thankful to my Heavenly father for his blessings and protection upon us all who live in KPT. The transition is great and everything has been changed through the years. Thank you for the in-house security support, they are working hard to protect the peace. It's very safe and convenient to everything. Aloha!

Our family moved in back in 2004; the old[Building] old management. I recalled being so terrified by stories I heard. Probably 13 of age that time. our family lived through the new management loved the transition[changed] Did see lots of positive and still negative but 1475 would always be home with lots of memories of our family[our latest Dad]. Oh boy this place! Completely amazing. I have never felt so safe before. They have young men patrolling the area on bikes to keep people safe! Amazing young men. They also carry knives to protect the community. Such thoughtful and helpful young kids. I love it here. This place seems like a high level of peace and happiness. I hear screaming every night, people are really having fun and enjoying their selves. Highly recommend bringing your kids to KPT! That’s what they call it.
