When I moved in in 2002, it was a good place to live. I'm just thankful to my Heavenly father for his blessings and protection upon us all who live in KPT. The transition is great and everything has been changed through the years. Thank you for the in-house security support, they are working hard to protect the peace. It's very safe and convenient to everything. Aloha!
This housing is very dangerous. They have security but nothing enforced unless u are parked and tell u that u cannot park there.
Violet is the BEST I really mean THE BEST manager for Towers at Kuhio park. And thanks AL always making sure community is maintained! If your looking for a place for you and your family put in an application.

Our family moved in back in 2004; the old[Building] old management. I recalled being so terrified by stories I heard. Probably 13 of age that time. our family lived through the new management loved the transition[changed] Did see lots of positive and still negative but 1475 would always be home with lots of memories of our family[our latest Dad].
