Ok then where is the ripoff?? So some paperwork didnt get done until the last moment. THAT isnt a ripoff. Charging YOU for bulb replacment is just part and parcel of maintenence. Obviously there must be an issue of tenants STEALING LIGHTBULBS!!!!As for the maintence workers being "snitches".........THATS PART OF THIER JOB!!!!! i would like to inform the general public in the Granite City area about an unethical & deceptive apartment complex & manager for Town & Country Apartments. if anyone is thinking about renting from Town & Country Apartments, do not do that, because you will be wasting your time & money, because the manager is deceptive & also will not get the leases completed in a timely manner, mainly waiting...
when I get out of these apt. I will have a lot to say and none is good
