Had an excellent experience at Towne Dental today! Every touchpoint was kind, friendly and professional - from the sweet ladies at the front desk to my entire care team. As someone who often has a painful dental cleaning, Sandy was the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had - she was patient and gentle and I wasn’t in pain in the slightest. Jessica was also extremely kind in running the X-rays, even quickly heading to the Xray machine to ensure the discomfort of X-rays was as short as possible. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this dental practice. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly, welcoming team that immediately puts you at ease. The office is spotless and well organized, which sets the tone for an excellent experience. Absolutely amazing experience here, I would definitely recommend to anyone, they worked wonders on my teeth, I have a brand new confident smile, Dr Wayne is super gentle (I’m terrified of dentist and needles, well I was terrified but not anymore I actually got excited to go to the dentist) his work is thorough yet quick. All the staff is super nice, 10 out 10 !!

My kids are at ease when going and so am I. Staff are welcoming and personable. I love how Dr. Wan explains and shows what is happening to your teeth or the state they are in and what needs to he done (esp. for my kids - it's been a great learning process for me). Knowing and seeing intricate details helps me make the right decisions for my family that I feel confident in. I also love the help with submitting my claims to the insurance company directly.
