My kids are at ease when going and so am I. Staff are welcoming and personable. I love how Dr. Wan explains and shows what is happening to your teeth or the state they are in and what needs to he done (esp. for my kids - it's been a great learning process for me). Knowing and seeing intricate details helps me make the right decisions for my family that I feel confident in. I also love the help with submitting my claims to the insurance company directly. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Tony Wan. I have been seeing him for a couple years now. He staff is amazing, along with the front desk receptionist’s.
Dr. Cross was absolutely great but has retired and I am now in the care of Dr. Johnson. I was so pleased to find that I still have amazing care from another excellent dentist. The hygienists are also great when I'm in for cleanings. The front desk staff are freindly and efficient. I have to say they all make going to the dentist a pretty easy experience.

After many wonderful years, my husband and I just cancelled any relationship with Towne Dental and Tony Wan, the dentist who replaced Mark Cross on his retirement. Towne Dental has completely changed under Tony - staffing, appointment organization, billing, service - it no longer operates like the warm, welcoming, honest place it used to be.
