I honestly can’t say enough great things about this dental practice. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly, welcoming team that immediately puts you at ease. The office is spotless and well organized, which sets the tone for an excellent experience. My kids are at ease when going and so am I. Staff are welcoming and personable. I love how Dr. Wan explains and shows what is happening to your teeth or the state they are in and what needs to he done (esp. for my kids - it's been a great learning process for me). Knowing and seeing intricate details helps me make the right decisions for my family that I feel confident in. I also love the help with submitting my claims to the insurance company directly. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Tony Wan. I have been seeing him for a couple years now. He staff is amazing, along with the front desk receptionist’s.
Dr. Cross was absolutely great but has retired and I am now in the care of Dr. Johnson. I was so pleased to find that I still have amazing care from another excellent dentist. The hygienists are also great when I'm in for cleanings. The front desk staff are freindly and efficient. I have to say they all make going to the dentist a pretty easy experience.
