Marisol and Andrew were truly amazing. They were very patient, comforting and professional. They took such good care of me and put me at ease, before and during the MRI. They did not rush me, they were able to answer all my questions and they were truly a life saver. I am so grateful to them and can't thank them enough.
I had such a wonderful experience at Townsen! They were so courteous and my visit was pretty quick. Super convenient without losing quality or customer service! I noticed that they also have crayons and coloring books for children which I thought was really thoughtful. Definitely recommend them for all imaging needs.
Went back to Townsen for an MRI today and Marisol was the absolute best! All the girls at the front desk were kind and efficient and I had another quick but quality filled visit! I absolutely recommend them and if the Katy Location is too far- they have plenty of other locations for your convenience!
We had a great experience with Townsen. The front desk got us scheduled quickly and were very clear about our options to self-pay, or use our insurance. The whole office was very clean and seemed brand new. Once we completed the paperwork, we were brought back within minutes. I was there for an MRI for my young daughter, and all of the staff was so gentle and friendly with her. They had coloring pages in the waiting room, and looked up her favorite music to play for her (through special headphones) during the MRI.
Staff are friendly and quick, especially Ms Marisol. She explained the steps and tried to comfort my mom before her X-Ray exam. We were in and out in about 30mins. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend!
