Came in for a couple MRIs and honestly had the best experience! The staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Marisol and Sam were amazing — they made me feel comfortable, cared for, and honestly treated me more like a friend than just another patient. We even chatted a little after my first MRI, which made the whole experience feel much less stressful and more personal. So friendly! I've been here several times and have had both Samantha and Marisol as my techs. Both are so knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful. The facility is clean and convenient. Definitely recommend!
From the front desk service to the end of my testing the staff was amazing! Abbie and Febe were very accommodating the moment I walked in the door. I had several testings and my techs Marisol and Leslie made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It was overall a very quick process with a great experience. Thank you again!
We had a great experience with Townsen. The front desk got us scheduled quickly and were very clear about our options to self-pay, or use our insurance. The whole office was very clean and seemed brand new. Once we completed the paperwork, we were brought back within minutes. I was there for an MRI for my young daughter, and all of the staff was so gentle and friendly with her. They had coloring pages in the waiting room, and looked up her favorite music to play for her (through special headphones) during the MRI.
I received an ultrasound today by Leslie. I appreciated her professionalism and conversation. She made the experience quite pleasant. I would definitely recommend her.
