We had a great experience with Townsen. The front desk got us scheduled quickly and were very clear about our options to self-pay, or use our insurance. The whole office was very clean and seemed brand new. Once we completed the paperwork, we were brought back within minutes. I was there for an MRI for my young daughter, and all of the staff was so gentle and friendly with her. They had coloring pages in the waiting room, and looked up her favorite music to play for her (through special headphones) during the MRI.
Thank You, Marisol I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, Marisol. You probably didn’t think twice about standing in the room with me during my MRI, but for someone like me who struggles with claustrophobia it meant everything. Your calm voice and kind presence helped me stay grounded through something that normally feels impossible. You didn’t just do your job you made me feel safe. I’ll never forget that.
Staff are friendly and quick, especially Ms Marisol. She explained the steps and tried to comfort my mom before her X-Ray exam. We were in and out in about 30mins. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend!
When getting your procedure, be prepared to wait an ungodly amount of time. They set an appointment for 10:30 and still have not started the procedure at 1:30. This place only cares about money. I went with my wife and still am waiting after 2:00. At 3:00 PM we finally left. Stay away from this greedy Dr. La Camera. I also had an appointment for with Dr La Camera but will definitely not be using this inconsiderate Dr. The nursing staff were very nice, though, at the Townsen location that was used. As someone who is very claustrophobic, getting MRIs can be very stressful. Laura and Marisol made my experience a happy and enjoyable one. The process was efficient and the staff are such a joy to interact with!
