10/10, I see why people think getting a MRI is scary but Johnny explained everything and what to expect, and made sure I was comfortable. Once I closed my eyes and had my ear plugs on, it was smooth sailing. THANK YOU!
My appointment was on schedule. Johnny took the time ensured was comfortable, I am a bit claustrophobic. Sarah was very welcoming when I arrived and on my departue. The office was very clean and had a pleasant fragrance.
Fast and professional. I was a little nervous, but the technician was calm and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
Even though my fiance could not complete one of the MRI's he was able to complete one. He is claustrophobic and I didn't think he would be able to get through even one. Kelly was kind and patient and tried to talk him through. Darlin made me comfortable while I waited.
The entire staff from the clerical to physicians very respectful, & professional. The atmosphere was amazing & very friendly. I pray that God will continue to bless them in every area their endeavor.
