Upon arrival at the center, the staff that checked me in was so nice and polite. Any questions I had, were answered. As I went to the back to start my process, the lab tech was very friendly and informative. When I lasted down to begin my scan, I was a little nervous but calmed myself down. Before I knew it, the 24 minutes was over. The tech that tended to me after the scan was also pleasant. An overall dynamic team. Wonderful experience.
Roxanne, alyssa,johnny and Jonas were all amazing. This stuff was great no complaints I was super happy. I wish I could give 10000 stars. I will recommend this company 10000 percent. This staff is the best.
One of the best in Houston Mr.Johnny y & Mr. Jonas are the best they were very patient with me & made sure they accommodated me I couldn’t ask for anything else they are experts & there to make you feel comfortable. I had to tell them thank you on top of a hug lol there the best to do it hands down. Wonderful experience got me in & out with my MRI’s great for the Houston community♥️🤘🏾
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Townsend Memorial Imaging Med Center at 3003 South Blue Quest, Suite 140, was absolutely amazing. We accidentally missed my dad’s MRI appointment, but they still welcomed us in unannounced without any hassle. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly and professionally—we got the MRI done, paperwork completed, and were out in under 30 minutes.
