⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Townsend Memorial Imaging Med Center at 3003 South Blue Quest, Suite 140, was absolutely amazing. We accidentally missed my dad’s MRI appointment, but they still welcomed us in unannounced without any hassle. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly and professionally—we got the MRI done, paperwork completed, and were out in under 30 minutes. This was an amazing experience. Quick and simple I was in my procedure almost immediately. The receptionist was amazing incredible helpful and intelligent.
I was there on 11/8/25 and everyone from the front office staff to the technicians were very nice, professional, and educational, and above all provided detailed information about the whole procedure which was comforting I will refer and recommend this place to anyone looking for an updated tech and nothing broken or patched up and where the staff are knowledgeable. Some of these places operate with dinosaur equipment not sure if the results are accurate
Place open early,( blessings) parking lot was entirely empty no hassles are trying to find a parking spot. But that's receptionist was polite in suit 140 bathroom was clean and did the doctor who did buy MRI Mr Johnny was wonderful tidy clean respectful and patient
I had an exceptional experience highly recommend this imaging . Their kindness has no limits .They each have a sincere luv for their proffen and it shows I honestly had no sitter and they reassure me I was still welcome to come as their mothering instinct stood in immediately for seeing my medical needed treatment !
