I was so nervous because of the reviews on line, but from the moment I walked in to the receptionist desk Jessie was so pleasant and the pre op Michelle was so sweet and even checked on me after the procedure. Jennifer checked my vitals once taken to the back and was so sweet and patient, then Raul took over and was talking to me and walking me through the process while wheeling me to the back and he was very attentive. I went back to see Dr Khosla whom was very patient and explained to me the entire process as well so swe... read more

Everyone was wonderful. Maddie in pre-op was so sweet. She explained everything in terms I understood. Neil in recovering was so sweet also. He explained everything very good also. They have a good sense of humor, made the experience easier. Dr. K was very professional. It was a really short procedure. In and out. Awesome staff.

As others have said, plan to be at Townsen for 2-4 hours for a 5 minute injection. The waiting chairs are uncomfortable and the lighting is bright, which makes no sense because those of us waiting are experiencing chronic pain and/or migraines. The greeting staff is never friendly but the medical staff is. Be prepared for a huge bill. They charge close to $8,000 for an epidural injection and even after insurance I’m left to pay almost $3,000. It feels like highway robbery.

Zero stars. Having to wait in the lobby for over 2 hours for a 5 minute procedure is not only ridiculous, its cruel. Especially to those patients that are in pain. Seems this Dr. is all about quantity and not quality. 55 patients a day sounds crazy!! If given another option, we would go somewhere else. Do not recommend. I know you'll give your little reply back, but it will mean nothing. Have a little more compassion for patients. And stop using this place like its a Whataburger drive thru.

Had surgical procedure here. I drove myself with intention of leaving car in parking lot because of an issue at home. I wanted my ride to be called after procedure was complete because i didn’t want my sick child (home from school vomiting) to have to sit in car with wife to wait, but the nurse and anesthesiologist held the procedure hostage until I agreed to have wife and sick child waiting in parking lot. Afterwards their comments seemingly accused me of intending to drive myself home after anesthesia. I had to give my... read more
