My first experience at Townsen Memorial Surgery Center - Kingwood was excellent! The entire staff including the receptionists, nurses, technicians, and surgeon demonstrated professionalism from check in through my procedure. RN O’Keefe took the time to thoroughly explain my doctor’s discharge instructions. I left feeling confident! This is a fantastic facility. 5 stars for Townsen Memorial Surgery Center - Kingwood.

I waited two hours after my appointment time which I was told to come an hour early than the initial scheduled appointment. No problem because I love early mornings. When I was finally called to Consultation to be officially admitted, the lady escorted me to an open bed. She was the only person who actually conversed with me as I waited. Nervously!! I am a little late on my review but I felt it was necessary to give these folks a really great one. I got my surgery on June 5 2026. The staff was awesome. The young lady who did my pre op was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Her name was Uneke. Very soft spoken and kind. Also a note of recognition for Chad and Tymeka as well. Both very professional. I appreciate the kindness they all showed.

I want to have every surgery ever here...all employees were nice, helpful, great attitudes, on time, and all the other positive things I can think of. Not only was my care team amazing, the pre-op instructions/ conversations were handled beautifully. Also, this seems like a great place to work, I am going to keep my eye out for any non-medical job openings. Best first, great impression of a surgery center / workforce. Keep this group happy, well compensated, and never let them lose their energy!

Michelle is awesome and so comforting!! She went a live and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her bedside manner is impeccable!! Chad was amazing as well! From rolling me to the O.R. to rolling me back! Uneka was just as amazing! All 3 of them had the best bedside manners that I have seen in a while beside my regular doctors office. May this reach them and they have the day the deserve! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!
