Zero stars. Having to wait in the lobby for over 2 hours for a 5 minute procedure is not only ridiculous, its cruel. Especially to those patients that are in pain. Seems this Dr. is all about quantity and not quality. 55 patients a day sounds crazy!! If given another option, we would go somewhere else. Do not recommend. I know you'll give your little reply back, but it will mean nothing. Have a little more compassion for patients. And stop using this place like its a Whataburger drive thru.

Had surgical procedure here. I drove myself with intention of leaving car in parking lot because of an issue at home. I wanted my ride to be called after procedure was complete because i didn’t want my sick child (home from school vomiting) to have to sit in car with wife to wait, but the nurse and anesthesiologist held the procedure hostage until I agreed to have wife and sick child waiting in parking lot. I had surgery a couple of weeks ago. I will say that they're nursing staff is one of the best i've ever been around. The nurses that got me ready for my surgery. We're outstanding. And the nurse after my surgery roxanne, was excellent. When you have a good staff when you have surgery makes all the difference.

After waiting in the lobby for two hours after my appt time, I was finally called to the back. Immediately I noticed several people outside of my curtain giving my nurse the side eye and attempting to rush her. Nurse Arlene was very professional and remained patient with my tiny, rolling and dehydrated veins. I applaud her for her bed side service and making sure I remained calm and not being rude like her counterparts. I went in for a ESI injection on 4/29/25 very nervous as i had never gotten this done before. The staff was very friendly and comforting. They took time to explain everything and answer all my questions and concerns. My nurses Kenae and Vanessa were Exceptional! They were very professional and nice. I even commented to them that it was the nicest and best dr visit i have ever gone to. 10/10 for this place. Thank you so much to the nurses here!
