All 4 of the nurses that took care of me were outstanding! I cannot remember the names of the two that got me ready but they were so friendly and gave me calm. Inverness took great care of me going in to the surgery room. Nurse Esther took care of me after and was so professional and kind. Her level of attentiveness was so wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful experience during what could of been a nerve racking experience.
Michelle is awesome and so comforting!! She went a live and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her bedside manner is impeccable!! Chad was amazing as well! From rolling me to the O.R. to rolling me back! Uneka was just as amazing! All 3 of them had the best bedside manners that I have seen in a while beside my regular doctors office. May this reach them and they have the day the deserve! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!
Every nurse I had in my short visit, and even reception, were all super nice and friendly. The nurses and techs were very kind, not just to patients, but their conversations with each other. It seems they all really enjoy what they do and that they all work very well together. Very, VERY nice facility and great staff!!
My first time coming to this facility and first time having the procedure I had done, nervous was an understatement!! From my first encounter with the receptionist to all of the wonderful people in between and to being wheeled out to go home I was treated wonderfully! And most importantly gently and with great care. I would definitely come back to these wonderful people. Thank you Michelle, Hannah and Candice, front office young lady and my nurse for consent papers!!
I have never experienced something quite like I did at TMH! To say the least the WHOLE staff was amazing! From check in to prep to preop to post op. Everyone I encountered was so genuinely kind and caring! You could tell by the interactions with each other they were like a Family. I was so amazed at the professionalism and friendliness and every one of them loved being there. This is a rarity. They are a special group of people.
