Today must have been an especially busy day for the Toyota service center, because they completely forgot about my scheduled service and left me waiting for two hours with nothing done. I had an appointment and even arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting about 20 minutes in my car, someone finally came to take my key and assign me to an agent. After my Prius had battery trouble one afternoon, the service department here was helpful to take in the car less than two hours before closing, evaluate the issue, and replace the battery, all within an hour of me arriving. I appreciate their prompt helpfulness and expertise! Located on a major freeway north of downtown Dallas, they have a large waiting room with free coffee & water and a small shop.
If you want to save time, energy, and avoid a major headache, I highly recommend finding a different service department. I gave them three chances solely because the service was included with my vehicle purchase. The first experience was average. The second was disappointing—but instead of leaving a negative review, I reached out privately, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, after giving them a third chance, nothing has changed. Horrible customer service that I got. 1) Sandra Franco scam and rip me off in this used car. It was a lemon car that THEY did the service of oil change, no one else and wanted to paid half the engine repair, however, they did not. I reported them to malpractice to the Trade Federal Commission and should fired Sandra and the owner should be class action lawsuit over this. Go buy and get your car in Mitsubishi off Plano. They are more honest and better rates than here.
Can't trust their service advisors. Their machine for alignment will always read out of alignment. They will say you need one even if the car is under 15k miles. Besides that the technician's work seems adequate which is a shame because it only took 3 appointments to lose this dealership's trust.
