One of my car tires had a nail causing it to lose air pressure. So i went to them for help. They gave me a quote for new tire with installation and everything at $460 instead of patching. I simply went to sams club and they just patched the tire for free. Take second opinions before getting anything done here Never coming back
Hello, Today I went to get service done on my car. I want to mention that I always go between Tuesday and Thursday because of the promotions. However, when it’s time to pay, they always give me different prices. Today, the lady gave me one price, but when I went to pay, they charged me another one. Please speak with your team so they can give one price and keep it consistent. It’s unfair to tell customers one price and then change it later, and they always seem to find an excuse. Thank you.
After my Prius had battery trouble one afternoon, the service department here was helpful to take in the car less than two hours before closing, evaluate the issue, and replace the battery, all within an hour of me arriving. I appreciate their prompt helpfulness and expertise! Located on a major freeway north of downtown Dallas, they have a large waiting room with free coffee & water and a small shop.
I had a bad experience with Toyota of Dallas. I had a recall through the Customer Support Program. Russell the service director provided very poor service. I waited weeks and got promised call backs which would be either late or never happen. Beyond poor communication and an inconvenience to the recall, they placed blame on me and had me pay for a rental vehicle when initially when the recall campaign was open, they would take care of me. I did my second service on September 25. My car is still fairly new — just 1 year and 3 months old. At the time, I was told that everything was in good condition and showing green lights. But today, while I was driving, I suddenly heard a grinding sound coming from the front of the car — I think it might be from the engine.
