Beware: They damage vehicles and ignore complaints! Avoid this place if you value your car. I came in for a simple oil change and their tech damaged my windshield's ceramic window tint. I filed a report with customer support the next day, and they promised a service specialist would call me back. It’s been over a week of total radio silence. They have zero accountability and refuse to fix the damage they cause.
They do not back their word. I would highly suggest never using them EVER. They originally told me they would fix any issues with my car. After driving it off the lot that day I had a few lights show up on my dash relating to the lane departure warning system, front collision alerting system, my cruise radar, and the tire sensors. I contacted the dealership and the dealership told me to drive up there being two hours away and they would get it fixed at their cost. Maddison Wallace was and is my Toyota of Dallas service advisor from now on. Like forever. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle and my service needs. The price was right and the wait was as expected. Not long at all. I honestly recommend you go see Maddison. She is the best at her job. Numero 1.
My son took his car in for a routine oil change and was told it would be a short wait. Instead, he ended up waiting for over two hours. After all that time, they told him they couldn’t complete the oil change because the oil pan drain plug was supposedly stripped or worn out. I recently took my 2013 Toyota Avalon to Toyota of Dallas for an oil change and to finally diagnose an annoying clunking noise coming from the steering column area that had been going on for over a year.
