Took my GR86 in for an oil change and multi-point inspection and the Toyota Deerfield crew did an amazing job. In and out really quick with no set backs. Greg Lucido was my point of contact and he gave me the best recommendations with new tires and he made sure my car was well taken care of. I fell into an issue with the tread on my tires and swiftly brought the car back into the service center and Greg hooked me up with the best set of tires and made sure I was in good hands. I hade to wait 3 hours for a tire rotation on my lease. Last time I waited 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation, that makes absolutely no sense. I like this dealership but the technician apparently needs glasses because he put my tire pressure up to 43psi when it’s supposed to be 35 like how do you mess that up? I’ve been a technician for 6 years and I’ve never done something that dumb, I had to let the air out at my house after I realized. The only good part of my visit is my service advisor Jamie was nice. Service dept always been the best asset of this company. They have a seamless process to get you back on the road. You pull up to the drive aisle where the green arrow and always someone there waiting to greet and direct you to your Appt. My service advisor Jamie was efficient, friendly and polite. Been servicing my car at this place for years. And my experienced been very consistent. Will highly recommend this place.
