From the start of the negotiations, the dealer had a very transparent and straight forward plan to sell the vehicle. I dealt with Kelly and she was a pleasure to do business with; from the pricing to final delivery, it was very easy and no gimmicks or hidden fees attached to the deal. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great deal in a toyota, especially on those units hard to find or those units that other dealers wants to overcharge you for them.
The location is close to my residence. This is a plus. But I feel that nothing but the paperwork was done to my vehicle. The tire pressure was and last 34 per tire. If they will actually did anything or really check it - it will be 36 per tire. You need to make a glass wall between Customers and service area - so Customers can see that you actually doing something to their vehicles.
Took my GR86 in for an oil change and multi-point inspection and the Toyota Deerfield crew did an amazing job. In and out really quick with no set backs. Greg Lucido was my point of contact and he gave me the best recommendations with new tires and he made sure my car was well taken care of. I fell into an issue with the tread on my tires and swiftly brought the car back into the service center and Greg hooked me up with the best set of tires and made sure I was in good hands.
