This review is solely for the service department as we did not purchase our 4Runner here. The service department is efficient, kind, and super flexible. I've dropped off my vehicle both times and had it completed in a timely manner. They do of course let you know about recommended services, but I didn't feel pressured even when I declined a few of them. Bought a used (1 year old) car here. Sales person was nice, but wanted to note a few things about purchasing a used car from them. 1. They will charge a "reconditioning" fee of $1200-$3000 on top of what the price is listed online. You supposedly can negotiate this down a bit, but we were told never lower than $1200. 2. We were told most used cars come with only one key fab. 3. Most used cars don't come with floor mats. Not sure the reasoning behind this one, but apparently that's common there. I went to the dealership to buy my first car and Andrew was the sales representative that help me and I can honestly say that he went above and beyond to help me with everything from A to Z he made the process that normally takes forever feel like nothing 10/10 if you need a new or used car ask for Andrew!

I am raising my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The sales rep Omar reached out to me and very graciously agreed that the key fob issue, was not a proper transaction. I received just a partial key fob at the end of the sale, not metal insert not backup 2nd fob. He had a locksmith program a new key fob and with the metal key insert. I am very thankful for Omar's assistance. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because I had to make a stink in order for them to satisfy me. My service visit with Peyton was great! Took my truck in for 10k service. My tech, Peyton, welcomed me and seemed genuinely interested in my service appointment needs. We discussed the service and he also answered several real questions I had about my 2024 Tundra. Overall good service and I hope Peyton is the tech I work with going forward.
