Professional service staff did fine job on my vehicle and met their quoted time to complete, which is nice these days. And customer lounge was comfortable and well provisioned with fresh popcorn, soft drinks and coffee, another real plus. But their refusal to accept checks and demand for a 3% surcharge on credit cards are very poor reflection on their management. Will use them only for the prepaid maintenance package I purchased, but never for any "recommended items".
Extremely disappointed. I live almost an hour away & went in for an oil change since it was a free one. As I almost make it home from the dealership , my cars low engine oil level light comes on. I check the engine oil dipstick & there is NO oil on it. So they didn’t put oil in my car after the change & I drove almost an hour home with very little to no oil that could’ve damaged my engine. I added my own oil after I arrived at home & my light turned off. I do not recommend & would rather pay than do the free service.
Update: Salesman came in and spoke with his supervisor who said there is nothing they can do because it’s not a safety issue. I was told by Ravin on the night I purchased it (I have timestamp photos I took in the lot) telling me to put air and come back if it turns back on but yet they are telling me its a sensor and I need to go somewhere else and pay for it.
