I am beyond frustrated with this service department. The level of unprofessionalism and poor service is evident at every level. I purchased a 2026 Crown at this dealership along with their warranty and service package. I wish so badly I had the ability to change where my service package was accepted. Extremely disappointed with the service department at Toyota of Grapevine. I purchased a new set of tires from this dealership just last week, and since then I’ve had issues with three different tires. One tire already had to be replaced, another replacement is still pending because they had to order it, and today I discovered a third tire completely flat. This place has absolutely no respect for its customers’ time. If you’re not prepared to wait three hours or more for something as simple as an oil change, don’t bring your car here. Also, if you make an appointment, be aware that the time slot you choose does not mean that’s when work on your car will begin. It only means that’s when a service advisor can check your vehicle in. I purchased my vehicle through the dealership and had to wait an entire week to get it because from what I was told it was at the service department for a parking sensor calibration. I never received a service order showing everything that was done to my vehicle. When I picked it up, it was missing a windshield wiper and four days later, I discovered a crack in the windshield.
