I should have taken my car to Toyota of Richardson, or literally any other shop. This "service" department is not it. I brought my 2003 4runner in because water had been getting in the cabin. They determined that the cause was due to a non-OEM windshield. They then said the windshield needed would take 14 to 21 days to get onsite. Cool, no problem. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership three years ago, and based on my recent experience with their service department, I would seriously question returning or recommending them. I brought my car in for what appeared to be a minor issue, yet it took five days to complete. Professional service staff did fine job on my vehicle and met their quoted time to complete, which is nice these days. And customer lounge was comfortable and well provisioned with fresh popcorn, soft drinks and coffee, another real plus. But their refusal to accept checks and demand for a 3% surcharge on credit cards are very poor reflection on their management. Will use them only for the prepaid maintenance package I purchased, but never for any "recommended items".
