The worst car buying experience ever. The price was different from what they calculated. They went back on their word and didn't give it to me even after three days of the contract. I didn't know their sales staff would do things like that. They couldn't even fill up the gas tank of the new car. There was only one tank left. I've never had such a problem before when buying a car. It's such a rip-off.
Came for oil change special. They are ok. The process of dropping car and picking up is unclear. No one tells you where to go. Your car isn't pulled up, you have to find someone to get your car. And if there's more than one person waiting then it's honor system on who's waiting first. Doesn't seem that hard to get walkie talkies and pull up your car like other places do.
The Service Tech told Me it only take 7 or 8 minutes to have a Door Opening Only Key made for My 2007 Avalon after about 35 minutes I went back to check the Status ... He was So Professional & Courteous He went & Got My Key & Comped the $35 FEE for Me ... I was Shocked but Truly Greatful. What Incredible Above & Beyond Customer Service by this Service Dept Advisor !!!
I arrived at this service center around 6:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation with a multipoint inspection. I met a gentlemen named Harris Nguyen he is an Assistant Service Manager at this location very professional, genuine, and honest. I recommend this location based off of Harris and my interaction as well as his exceptional customer service. Service department did an excellent for all work performed. Harris recommended my rear brakes will need changing soon as well and he did not try to upsell me during this visit ... read more
Parts guy that was there was awesome and fast. Was knowledgeable and helped me out with my situation. Just wish he wasn't alone. Don't blame him, its just how the job market is now.
