Great clean park with a friendly staff. Good value. Easy access on and off the highway. We weren't able to use the amenities except for the laundry room. It was very clean. If we travel through this area again, we will definitely stay here.

Hi , TR3 RESOT IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY . NICE AND QUIET, NO PROBLEMS, GOOD PRICE, GOOD MANAGEMENT. RIGHT ON I 20 . CLOSE TO THE CITY OF TERRELL. I LIVE HEAR FULL TIME, REALLY LIKE IT HEAR. AND THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS HELPFUL.

We had problems with people drinking loud noise, sitting outside late at night. Remodeling a trailer etc. we spoke to management and they refused to correct it. We said we would move our trailers (2) and they said nothing they could do
