Taylor was punctual and very professional. Taylor took the time to explain everything he was doing and how the unit functions. Gave a honest opinion and feedback. Offer space heaters to make us more comfortable while our furnace was out. I would recommend Taylor Higgins from Trademark Mechanical to anyone.
Absolute nightmare of incompetence and complacency! I would give negative stars if I could. My nightmare began in the middle of October and didn't end until January. First, they sold me a unit they didn't even have. They failed to show up for 2 appointments in a row. And of course nobody knew what happened or how they screwed up the schedule. We are impressed so far. Our furnace/ air was 25 yrs.old. They replaced all in 1 day, but had a defective emergency shut off to air, so replaced that the first thing on day 2. Casey made sure we were happy, etc. Zane was helpful with the alarms and both worked steady and together. The guy that installed the air unit was also efficient.
