We went through Home Depot and bought a mini split system for our home. The company that installed the system did not do it correctly and it failed. Home Depot stepped in and got another contractor. Trademark Mechanical to install a new system. Home Depot and Trademark wwere amazing in getting the issues resolved. Trademark mechanical installed a new system. I first will say congrats to this company for actually doing the job they said they were going to do, a lot of companies talk to talk, but these guys actually walk the walk. They Went up in above at every turn . I went with a full HVAC system system with AC system and a air purifier Installation and a duct cleaning and believe me when I tell you, I know How dirty it was because I looked in the vents before they showed up and when I got home that night after the job was complete both me and my wife were very, very satisfie... read more

Every single trademark employee I've met, at least for now, have been absolutely top notch professionals. They not only know their product but how to compare it to others truthfully. I no longer bother comparing prices to other companies now I've had such good experiences. They offer senior and military discounts and give excellent objective advice how to save $ without compromising quality. Also I've never heard employees speak so highly of the company they're working for. I'm sure there are other good HVAC folks out there ... read more

Happy with Trademarks Service! Note: I don’t typically give 5-Star reviews unless there’s something exceptional or “over the top” I will give a 4+ for today’s service… everything was great!!! Easy to schedule appointment, reminder sent, text giving me approximate time, technician on-time, personable, made good recommendations and seemed thorough. Very friendly!
