Absolute nightmare of incompetence and complacency! I would give negative stars if I could. My nightmare began in the middle of October and didn't end until January. First, they sold me a unit they didn't even have. They failed to show up for 2 appointments in a row. And of course nobody knew what happened or how they screwed up the schedule. I had Kenny out to my house today for a service on my furnace, A/C and water heater. He is exceptionally good at his job! Very nice, informative, and was able to answer all the questions I had. Treated my property with care and respect. I’ve been using Trademark for years and I always have a great experience!! 5 stars hands down

Taylor was punctual and very professional. Taylor took the time to explain everything he was doing and how the unit functions. Gave a honest opinion and feedback. Offer space heaters to make us more comfortable while our furnace was out. I would recommend Taylor Higgins from Trademark Mechanical to anyone.

Taylor was great to have working at the house. Very respectful and made sure to keep things clean. He communicated well during the process. The issue turned out to be unusual and elusive. Taylor didn’t get frustrated and followed through with all the troubleshooting required. Would be happy to have him back in the future if needed.
