My dad had been on hospice with another company and we were not impressed at all with them. In January, my mom was put on hospice and Transitions was recommended and after speaking with them, we chose them for my mom. They were very good at the medical expectations which was nice but they were even better at the human side of care. They were very personable to my mom and our family. Would not recommend these people my wife just passed saturday and they do anything fir my paperwork fir job just out spite for disagreement during her treatment the administration james is terrible
If your struggling with caring for a loved one this place can help, they were the only place that helped me. I called places all over sprngfld got nothing. Finally I spoke to a social worker and the same day I got a call to set up services and receive medical equipment with transitions. All the staff was very personable and understanding.
My husband John had copd stage 4 for about 5 years done really good with it until this last year. He was in the hospital with covid then got well then 2 weeks later he had pneumonia got over that but it left him weak. When he got to come home thought he was going to go one sbl hospice but they came and wanted nothing to do with him. When you all came to sign him up 2 mins and you said he qualifed . This group of professionals are wonderful from the first time I met with Kimberly Wilson to the information packets along with all the highly trained nurses and counseling staff that were with us during and thru the end and after are highly recommended. I could not have made it through without all of them. I highly recommend this service to all.
