My husband has been in Transitions Hospice care for only a short time, but I like the service very much. They have all made a point to let me know how I can reach them, should anything come up. The nurse, who checks on my husband, calls me and gives me updates. I really appreciate the updates. My husband likes all of the caregivers that have came to see him. The best hospice care around. The nurses were so kind and caring. I recommend Transitions to everyone who has asked me who helped me when my husband was dying at home. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
I will always recommend this company. They are more attentive and compassionate than any hospice company I have ever dealt with. I’ve worked in LTC and even after the loss of a patient, one who wasn’t even on their services, they came and did bereavement counseling with staff and residents who were grieving the loss of someone we loved so much.
