I will always recommend this company. They are more attentive and compassionate than any hospice company I have ever dealt with. I’ve worked in LTC and even after the loss of a patient, one who wasn’t even on their services, they came and did bereavement counseling with staff and residents who were grieving the loss of someone we loved so much. I just love the ladies of Transitions Hospice! If you are in need of Hospice care for your loved one Jennifer Shadwick and Jen Starr are the BEST! Their care is outstanding, and they are excellent in the services they provide.
I’ve been in LTC nursing for 14 years in both IN and IL. I’ve never seen more attentive and special care to those who are passing on to the next life. Being in LTC you can’t always sit 1:1 with those who have no family around and Transitions made sure our residents did not pass alone. 10/10 recommend 😁
