I have been a ltc nurse for 10 years. Having transitions in our nursing home has been a wonderful experience. The staff are so good to the patients, helpful and kind to the nursing home staff and supportive and educational for families. They are a lovely group of health care workers. I 100% recommend them.
I just love the ladies of Transitions Hospice! If you are in need of Hospice care for your loved one Jennifer Shadwick and Jen Starr are the BEST! Their care is outstanding, and they are excellent in the services they provide.
I’ve been in LTC nursing for 14 years in both IN and IL. I’ve never seen more attentive and special care to those who are passing on to the next life.
