I would never use this travel agency again. We were given all kinds of so called facts by our agent Marcy that we found to be totally different when we arrived at the first class hotel we booked through Travel Experts on the Amalfi Coast. I felt I was lied to about the terms and cost of renting a boat.I could live with the fact that nicer and larger boats were less than half the cost directly from the same hotel they booked us in, even though we were specifically told the price would be the same.
