Going in circles from this site to the travel insurance purchased- no help from either site.
I had a horrible experience, Agent was rude and not helpful at all. This was our first time getting travel insurance and I needed some help/advice on purchasing the correct insurance for our needs. The agent only sent 1 line replies and a link to the same info located on their website which was confusing and did not help me at all. Any time I asked a question they acted like I was bothering them. We ended up just using another company who actually cared.
Agent was rude and not helpful at all. I asked for advise being that it was my first time getting travel insurance. All he did was send me links to the same stuff I found online which was very confusing. We ended up using another company instead.
Absolute garbage. Very quick and polite in taking your money but not to be found when you need assistance. Will never use again, would never recommend to anyone.
