I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment from Traver Heights for 1.5 years. It proved to be a great fit for me. The staff and residents are all very nice and considerate. The apartment and grounds are clean and well maintained. The couple of times I needed to submit a service request, the concern was addressed effectively and efficiently. The apartment complex is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, within walking distance of the elementary school and grocery stores. The management team, especially Jason, is very responsive in dealing with our lease takeover arrangements.
We had a really smooth move in process, thanks to Kylie! She’s always been patient, responsive, and helpful, which made things a lot easier. We are happy with our apartment and appreciate the help from the Traver Ridge staff.
Love this community. Jason is really helpful for my renewal. And staffs are so nice and response maintenance quickly.
