very horrible experience. we reserved an apartment and 2 times we were promised a unit, only to be told that its no longer available. They actually gave us a move in date but 2 days before the date, we were told the unit was no longer available. Then they promised another unit in another complex, same process, same promises, same news 2 days before move in date.... While I have not stayed at these apartments, I will say that as a prospective tenant I had an absolutely wonderful time meeting and touring with the sales associate Rozlyn. She was very personable and accommodating, gave us insights into other McKinley properties, and made me want to live at Traver Heights. If I was to go back I would ask for Roz!
I was planning on everything being completely finalized after my move out to write a review and I was prepared to talk about how great and well managed everything has been…. But now they’re trying to ghost me on my security deposit. There’s been some change in management and this is not the Traver Ridge I’ve known and loved. They won’t answer calls or emails. Rozlyn is so helpful and warm-hearted. Everytime even though she is so busy, she is always willing to give her best help.
We have lived in this apartment for 3 years. My family and I would have loved to live here more if we could, but unfortunately, we will move to another town due to work commitments. I am writing this review for anyone moving here in the future. Location: Located in the North Area of Ann Arbor, great for nature and walking, Ann Arbor Public Library and Kroger are within walking distance.
