I’ve been living here for a while, and overall, my experience has been good. The apartment is comfortable, and the maintenance service has been reliable and efficient so far. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the response has been timely and effective. It’s a pleasant place to live, and I’m satisfied with how things are managed here.
When I first moved to Ann Arbor and into Traver Ridge Apartments about a month ago, I was initially happy. The apartments are located close to nature, and as someone who struggles with breathing issues and allergies, I was excited at the prospect of finally getting some fresh air. I really love the place and surroundings! Apt is comfortable with spacial room for me and roommate, the floor plan is friendly too, we have bedrooms on different side and this provides us enough privacy. The maintenance team is always supportive, quick reaction to the maintenance requests. Additionally, we have ice cream, pool party to have fun.
very horrible experience. we reserved an apartment and 2 times we were promised a unit, only to be told that its no longer available. They actually gave us a move in date but 2 days before the date, we were told the unit was no longer available. Then they promised another unit in another complex, same process, same promises, same news 2 days before move in date.... We have lived in this apartment for 3 years. My family and I would have loved to live here more if we could, but unfortunately, we will move to another town due to work commitments. I am writing this review for anyone moving here in the future.
