★☆☆☆☆ Constant noise in the bedroom that never goes away. It runs all the time and makes it very difficult to rest or sleep normally. I have already contacted management and asked them to fix it, but the issue is still unresolved. This kind of ongoing noise problem should be addressed quickly in any apartment complex. Living with a nonstop mechanical sound in the bedroom is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes it soon.

Nice area, but unfortunately management and maintenance are incredibly unreliable, yet they want to continuously raise rent prices. Both bathrooms are flooded as I write this and the office was notified an hour ago and it's been radio silence since then.

I have lived in three apartments in Ann Arbor, and this is the worst one in my opinion. When I moved in, the faucet in the bathroom was broken and constantly leaking. During my one-year stay, the cabinet doors and dishwasher also broke down one after another. The apartment management was also a mess. The leasing manager called me early in the morning wake me up and try to sell me a renewal, and another staff member emailed me saying we could discuss the security deposit refund over the phone. When I first moved to Ann Arbor and into Traver Ridge Apartments about a month ago, I was initially happy. The apartments are located close to nature, and as someone who struggles with breathing issues and allergies, I was excited at the prospect of finally getting some fresh air. I’ve been living here for a while, and overall, my experience has been good. The apartment is comfortable, and the maintenance service has been reliable and efficient so far. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the response has been timely and effective. It’s a pleasant place to live, and I’m satisfied with how things are managed here.
