From the first phone call to the follow up inspection, everyone at Tree Masters was really professional, knowledgeable and so nice! They went above and beyond and even took down a tree stump for us that was out of scope. I highly recommend this company, and have done to all my neighbors. I feel so much more confident and safe having them inspect and manage our trees. Thank you so much for making the process so easy.

I appreciate that the company takes the time to conduct in-person estimates, allowing for a collaborative approach to tree trimming, unlike other companies that only relied on phone calls or photos. Additionally, I admire their proactive management of the work process, such as securing permits for no-parking signs, which effectively informs neighbors about potential noise and limited parking on the day of the trimming. Today was our second time hiring Treemasters, and both the process and the work were outstanding. The property where we live is on a steep slop on 2 sides, and was planted with numerous trees by the original owner nearly 50 years ago. William, certified arborist with Treemasters, previously consulted with us about removing 5 full grown black Acacias (which had been infested by a beetle) and a dead birch (which had been struck by lightning) on the property.
