Very friendly staff.my move in date was Super easy when I arrived, they had everything squared away and ready to go plus they even gave me a little goodie bag. The neighborhood is clean and super quiet and you can tell that the staff there cares a lot about the place.
I was one of the first residents to move in a few months ago and the whole experience has been seamless. Those in the leasing office are always friendly, helpful, and timely with needed information. They’re also very understanding, personable, and value community. It has been fun seeing all of the amenities come together and I love grabbing a cup of coffee before work or working out at any time of day. The staff here has always been helpful, supportive, and available. The location is great standing in between Dahlonega, Dawsonville, and Gainesville. Amenities are great along with a pet friendly environment. If anyone is needing an apartment in the North Georgia area, this would be ideal.
