I have lived here for a few months and have been impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and common areas, It generally looks great from the street and I have found the Management to be very kind and helpful. I have also found the neighborhood to be very safe despite being next to the 490 fwy and comments from other reviews. I walk all over the place 24 hrs a day and it's cool. It's not enough parking and Tenants should have Parking Passes. Neighbors have company and I pay rent and come home from work and I don't have anywhere to park. Dog poop everywhere because Tenants don't pick it up. I didn't sit in backyard all Summer because it smells like dog poop. Grass goes uncut for weeks and the landscaping is unappealing. Grass has grew so high that you can barely access the mailbox. We need security. Gunshots heard at night. I have an Ant infestation that gets worse every year no matter what I use.
I have lived here now for almost six years and I have nothing but good things to say, The property manager is extremely responsive, attentive and helpful to residents. Maintenance is fast and respectful . The location is ideal easy access to all Cleveland attractions and location can’t be beat .not to mention that the building is beautiful, clean , and equipped with everything that I need for a comfortable home . 10 out of 10, I do NOT recommend. The Cliff Notes: What they DID do before I moved in: painted the walls ( did NOT paint any doors and most of blinds were not replaced after previous tenant use as they have/had much questionable debris/substances on them).. replaced carpet What they DID NOT do ( the list of complaints below is not exhaustive): clean the apartment, provide me with an accurate lease, replace all blinds, fix the lights( many lights in my unit either flicker numerous times before coming on and/or are unreason... read more
Your warning to find somewhere else to live. Nobody cares what their house/blinds look like, don’t clean their dog poop up, gun shots at night, and management/maintenance is disrespectful and nonexistent. They don’t landscape or ever cut the grass. I called and asked if I bought mulch for my yard could I get reimbursed (because the place hasn’t had new much in 4 years) they told me mulch lasts 5 years and I wouldn’t be reimbursed for making the place look halfway decent.
