Doctor Thurman quickly analyzed my mri and suggested an injection. He seemed confident that this will help my issues. I was impressed that the staff could get me scheduled as quickly as they have.
I would say service overall is pretty good, all the people that work there are very nice. My only semi-complaint is that on check ups it feels kinda rushed. I’m kinda a shy person and I cant always think on the spot and I feel like talking about it can be rushed sometimes. I do understand that other people need to get in and have appointments or they might be a little behind, I just feel a little rushed is all.
I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Thurman. He is very thoughtful in his approach and communicates effectively regarding the plan of care. I feel he is highly skilled in the procedures I have had done. I have seen improvement in my situation, both in function and in pain. Highly recommend.
I had an MRI ordered by Thurman. Insurance required 6 weeks of physical therapy before they approve an MRI. His office was also notified. I completed the 6 weeks and set up an appointment to see Thurman. His assistant was the one that help setup the therapy by calling them. I waited 30 mins to see him. I could hear him not wanting to see me.. which was strange. He sent in a staff person that said he doesn't want to see me and nothing he can do without an MRI. Very knowledgeable, came to the appointment with specific info based on MRI - exactly the specialty visit I expected. Also, everyone was friendly & I really didn’t wait at all.
