I have money in a Company benefit plan Commuter account that I have been trying to access for a parking reimbursement for the last few months. This client is transitioning their commuter plan to another vendor. It is the responsibility of the Plan Sponsor (client) and the new provider to notify participants of the change in administrator and any restrictions on accessing balances, blackout periods, account access information, etc. When contacted, TRI-AD relayed meaningful transition information to ****, explaining the blackout and transition. left on hold for 45 minutes 3x. they cannot process the simplest of information for Cobra. customer service is ZERO. they simply do not respond. i don't know what their problem is but people need help with their benefits, it's not a joke.
