What a total disaster. They have repeatedly told me that they will get back to me in 3 to 5 business days, and yet here I sit over a month later and my daughter is now without critical medications. I call, their phone number, wait on hold for extended periods of time, ask for a supervisor, and they tell me they don't have a way to connect me with a supervisor, that they can only pass along a note to them. Honestly, they don't deserve any stars. I have had nothing but problems with any distribution requests. They constantly tell you what you need, you provide it then they tell you they need something else. 3 different people will tell you 3 different things. They make up any excuse possible to get out if giving you YOUR money. You email and it takes a minimum of 24 hours for a response. Seriously? Absolutely avoid tri-ad for serious medical situations. As a cancer patient they're so unorganized and incompetent they caused my medical insurance to be shut off three times. The patient loses big time for their mistakes. I missed many important appointments and treatments because of them. Seems like it'd be easy and normal to transition from leave of absence to COBRA and back for a company who's job it is to do that is but they have no idea what's going on. They will literally kill you. Stay away.

I used to not have too much trouble getting on the phone to talk with someone, now it's just ridiculous. Press 3 and you will get a call back in 1 to 2 days???? I applied to get an early distribution to put a downpayment on my house that I bought and had asked repeatedly how much should be taken out in taxes so I wouldn't have to worry about it come tax time. Well they only took 10% out and now after doing my taxes, my tax preparer has told me that I now owe the Fed $41,000.00!!!! You'd think that they would have agents t... read more
