I recently called TCNB regarding issues with trying to get into my account online. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shontea. From the moment she answered my call, she was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Shontea's patients and attention to details stood out, and I felt valued as a customer. I recently had neck and right shoulder surgery, it took me longer than normal to write this review, but it was well worth it.
Mitchell help me to set up my online checking and savings account. He was very patient, thoughtful and kind. I enjoyed his mannerism and he had a kind voice. You should have more people like Mitchell as a matter of fact, I think Mitchell deserves a raise in his paycheck! Thank you again, Mitchell

Carson helped me open a checking account. Excellent customer service! Explained my options & guided me to the 1 that would cater to me. Took the time to explain & show me benefits of savings account options as well as credit cards. I'm impressed with TriCity! I plan to extend my services as time evolves. Natasha was sitting at the desk next door. Chimed in with her version of customer service in a casual way as well. If all branches are like this I will be a member for a very long time.
