They are the best banking service ever. Frank D. Went above and beyond to get me a new debit card because old debit card had fraud against it. He showed great consideration and patience with all my questions. I recommend this bank to everybody.

Always have great customer service at this branch. Everyone is so friendly and really care about you as a customer. I had an issue and Sara W. was so wonderful. They are a smaller bank but that's not a bad thing. They do care about their customers and will do everything in their power to make sure you have a great banking experience. Highly recommend banking here
*Updated review August 2026** I had to revise my review since I last posted several years ago. I have been a patron for over 20 years, but am transitioning to another bank due to the decline in services within this branch as well as at the corporate level. The fees are significant and unfair, and the lack of staff knowlege has resulted in account errors that have been costly (depending on who you ask you will likely get a different answer). Tri City did a online banking upgrade that was as poorly executed as any website I have seen. long wait times on hold with phone numbers incorrectlly displayed on the website login to obtain help. days of no service without knowing how to get it fixed.
