I often come in to get quarters from this location, it’s an extra drive and I don’t mind per the professionalism and friendliness of this bank. They’ve built a wonderful rapport with me & I know them all by name! The manager, Ms Lueretha is always so kind and helpful. We chat in the mean time about different Tri City products, and it always feels good to catch up with her. Recently I received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I lost my drivers license in drive thru One of the tellers (I’m so sorry I didn’t write down her name nor the branch Manager) went above and beyond She got my phone number called me to tell me she had it. When I drove through the drive through everyone knew who I was and the lovely young lady who saved me presented my license to me I had to go to the store to buy her flowers. Came in and worked with the branch manager Lueretha, and she was so nice and friendly! She helped answer all of my questions and even helped me switch over to electronic statements (which I wanted to do). Overall, it was a great experience!

Last year my husband wrote me a check. When I tried to deposit it, they refused because they couldn't contact him first (his account is with Tri City, also) My daughter will sign her checks over to me so I can deposit them into my account and they refused to accept them because she doesn't have an account with them. I didn't want cash back, I had enough money in my account to cover them, I would even expect them to put them on hold for a few days but to outright refuse to deposit paper checks constantly, is mind boggling.
