I had two transactions that made my account negative. One transaction I forgot it was to come out so I was going to cover the transaction and fee. The second transaction was from my son ****** who charged my card even after I paid him cash. However he did refund me through cash app which brought my account to a -$31.91 on 05.15.24. Instead of sitting down with me and explaining why they were closing my account, which would have saved me a lot of heart ache and a lot of money from a love scam online, they just closed my account with a cryptic excuse without warning one day when I went to the bank.
This bank has does not respect its' clients. I received an email from them to complete a survey on my recent visit. I completed the survey, clicked submit. I received a "Thank you" for completing the survey and offered a free gift however I had to pay for shipping. Which I did by entering my bank card information. Somehow they billed me the $7.98 for shipping and an additional $82.45.
