I contacted Tri-City to redo a Mini-Split installation that my ex-builder thought he could install. Tri-City came in and redid the routing of the lines inside and outside and mounting of the main unit. They also repaired the leak in the line set and had the Mini-Split system running the way is supposed to. I can't thank Jake and Don enough for the work they did reinstalling the system correctly and explaining how the system worked (which my ex-builder didn't). The guys who came out were really nice and polite. They did the camera for my sewer line and somewhat found the problem. They could see something was blocking it but tried for an hour or so and couldn’t get it free. Not upset and not very pleased having to pay $900.00 for a job that couldn’t be completed. Called the city to see if it was on their end and could get it fixed. I have never been so disappointed in a company that I have been doing business with for over 10 years. They have started a plumbing service that they come in and do an inspection of your plumbing, and if there is a issue they will fix it, well let me say a 300.00 job turned into a 500.00 job and when I reach out to let them know about how dissatisfied I was with the job and cost, I was told someone would call me back.(this job was done on October 1st and I have called three times and each time I was told they would call me ... read more
