Tri County installed new roof 2012. We had a dormer issue and Tri County repaired last week. Sara and team of David, Dave and Jason installer worked around winter weather to complete as quick as possible. Prompt billing and payment completed at completion of job. Professional organization. Competent and hard working crews in some tough weather conditions: Adam, Dave, Nick and crew on roofing & insulation and ( I believe? ) Brian on gutters. Worked all day, cleaned up after dark - 3 days & done. Done right, Looks great, noticeably better warmth retention and improved rain handling. I Highly recommend them.
Very happy I decided on Tri County. Adam and his crew were very professional and left the property immaculate. They finished on schedule and I’m very happy with the end result. However the process began with Jimmy the consultant who went in both attics and on the roof taking pictures and explaining in layman’s terms what would take place. Called Tri Co. for wind damage repairs, estimate was fairly prompt, but repair work scheduling took about 6 weeks with some weather issues. Actual on site repair was quick, the crew was good, except the replacement trim did not match the existing trim. The replacement will hold at least until spring and then the proper replacement will be installed, so the work is not quite finished. Communications have been by text, but phone calls would have been more personal and caring.
Tri-Country Roof did awesome job with answer my and knowledge on remove the chimney. The communication with the staff was great and kept me informed on project
