Very happy I decided on Tri County. Adam and his crew were very professional and left the property immaculate. They finished on schedule and I’m very happy with the end result. However the process began with Jimmy the consultant who went in both attics and on the roof taking pictures and explaining in layman’s terms what would take place. After some storm damage, two other companies I contacted only wanted to replace my entire roof and have my insurance company pay for it. The insurance company said the damage didn't qualify for total replacement. Those roofing companies' representatives then ghosted me. Jimmy from Tri-County was helpful, worked out a repair plan for me and gladly answered all my questions. The entire experience with Tri-County Roofing was great. Scheduling an estimate was smooth. I was informed by Sara when someone would show up and he did. Jimmy came when he said he would. He explained the review process and determination as to whether or not they could perform the repair. He was timely in a response with an estimate. Once Sara informed me of time table we were looking at for the job again everything went through smoothly. Freidia keep the bookkeeping records spot on. Jimmy came out to me and did a very thorough job of inspecting my gutters and explained everything professionally. We ended up going with a different company, Alamo, over the price point. Huge mistake. Terrible experience with Alamo. Leaving this good review because in the end I feel we should have went with Tri-County and will probably use them in the future for our roofing/gutter needs. Classic case of "you get what you pay for".

Called Tri Co. for wind damage repairs, estimate was fairly prompt, but repair work scheduling took about 6 weeks with some weather issues. Actual on site repair was quick, the crew was good, except the replacement trim did not match the existing trim. The replacement will hold at least until spring and then the proper replacement will be installed, so the work is not quite finished. Communications have been by text, but phone calls would have been more personal and caring.
