Tri-County Roofing and gutters did an excellent job with replacing the gutters. I will no longer have to worry about water freezing on my deck and falling down. Their consultant Jimmy, did a thorough review of my home not only the gutters outside, but he also checked out my attic for ventilation and any mold or moisture damage. Tri County installed new roof 2012. We had a dormer issue and Tri County repaired last week. Sara and team of David, Dave and Jason installer worked around winter weather to complete as quick as possible. Prompt billing and payment completed at completion of job. The entire experience with Tri-County Roofing was great. Scheduling an estimate was smooth. I was informed by Sara when someone would show up and he did. Jimmy came when he said he would. He explained the review process and determination as to whether or not they could perform the repair. He was timely in a response with an estimate. Professional organization. Competent and hard working crews in some tough weather conditions: Adam, Dave, Nick and crew on roofing & insulation and ( I believe? ) Brian on gutters. Worked all day, cleaned up after dark - 3 days & done. Done right, Looks great, noticeably better warmth retention and improved rain handling. I Highly recommend them.
Very happy I decided on Tri County. Adam and his crew were very professional and left the property immaculate. They finished on schedule and I’m very happy with the end result. However the process began with Jimmy the consultant who went in both attics and on the roof taking pictures and explaining in layman’s terms what would take place.
