The entire experience with Tri-County Roofing was great. Scheduling an estimate was smooth. I was informed by Sara when someone would show up and he did. Jimmy came when he said he would. He explained the review process and determination as to whether or not they could perform the repair. He was timely in a response with an estimate. Very happy I decided on Tri County. Adam and his crew were very professional and left the property immaculate. They finished on schedule and I’m very happy with the end result. However the process began with Jimmy the consultant who went in both attics and on the roof taking pictures and explaining in layman’s terms what would take place. Tri-County was great from start to finish. David's assessment and estimate were thorough, informative and easy to follow. Sara, the production coordinator, was responsive throughout the project. Adam and his team were professional, hardworking and clearly knowledgeable doing high quality work and answering questions. Dave and Jason did a great job on the dead valley replacement and cedar repair work. I highly recommend Tri-County.
We had Tri-County come out and look at the roof on a commercial building to see if any repairs were needed or if it was time to replace. We got two estimates. One was for total replacement with no comments as to why, the other estimate from Tri-County complete with pictures of the needed repair with an explanation. When it is time to replace, we will definitely come back to Tri-County based on their honesty and transparency. Work was completed, photos sent. Great job!
David provided a thorough inspection/estimate. Sara coordinated the project efficiently. Adam and his crew did a fine job on the new roof. Brian made quick work of new gutters. Communication from first call to final completion as top notch. Daily cleanup was reasonable considering the volume of material coming off the roof, and everyone was courteous along the way.
