Professional organization. Competent and hard working crews in some tough weather conditions: Adam, Dave, Nick and crew on roofing & insulation and ( I believe? ) Brian on gutters. Worked all day, cleaned up after dark - 3 days & done. Done right, Looks great, noticeably better warmth retention and improved rain handling. I Highly recommend them.
This is the second time I've used TCRG. David Florio does a very good job explaining the project and cost estimate. Dave, Nick and Jason did an excellent job adding attic insulation and a roof ridge vent. Super friendly guys and great site clean up.
The entire experience with Tri-County Roofing was great. Scheduling an estimate was smooth. I was informed by Sara when someone would show up and he did. Jimmy came when he said he would. He explained the review process and determination as to whether or not they could perform the repair. He was timely in a response with an estimate. Very happy I decided on Tri County. Adam and his crew were very professional and left the property immaculate. They finished on schedule and I’m very happy with the end result. However the process began with Jimmy the consultant who went in both attics and on the roof taking pictures and explaining in layman’s terms what would take place. Called Tri Co. for wind damage repairs, estimate was fairly prompt, but repair work scheduling took about 6 weeks with some weather issues. Actual on site repair was quick, the crew was good, except the replacement trim did not match the existing trim. The replacement will hold at least until spring and then the proper replacement will be installed, so the work is not quite finished. Communications have been by text, but phone calls would have been more personal and caring.
