As someone new to door ordering (thanks to Harvey), I was intimidated by the process and wanted to make sure I ordered everything correctly the first time around. Michelle was super helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive. Everything came in as promised with no problems. It was a much better experience than I had with another large company that made me feel like a nuisance because I'm not a contractor.
Tri Supply has been my go to store for any type of door, window or hardware need for years. Recently, they have also added furniture to the list and my family and I could not be happier. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all needs from the exact type of product required to the install. Could not say enough about them and highly recommend them to everyone I know.
As a local remodeling company based out of Northwest Houston, we have purchased thousands of feet of trim from Tri-Supply and had a very pleasant experience in doing so. The staff is very friendly and door orders are delivered with punctuality in mind. Our clients are always satisfied with the wide variety in stock.
We have been using Tri Supply for atleast 6 years now for all of our interior doors and trim. Not sure why Tri Supply is getting such bad reviews when they have been nothing but great and anytime there have been issues they have been taken care of immediately. I bought a whole house of doors and trim. Unfortunately there was a mistake in the delivery and wasn’t realized until 3 months later after several delays on the job but thankfully the crew at the west little York location in Houston made good on it and gave me the right material. Much thanks to them and will definitely be a returning customer.
