I had such an incredible experience at Triangle Surgery Center! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was super polite, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I had a very pleasant visit at the triangle surgery center. The staff was very pleasant. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The center itself was very clean and smelled really good. All staff, including the anesthesiologist were very informative and helpful. From my arrival at the center to my my departure, the attention, professionalism, & support I received was wonderful. Staff were were beyond attentive. They explained each step of the process & what to anticipate. The overall experience was so positive for what could've been a very overwhelming & nerve-wracking scenario.
I have had 12 or so surgeries. Never have I experienced such warm, personalized care. It was actually enjoyable as the nurses and anesthesia team were humorous and fun besides extremely professional and competent. The place is small, intimate and easy to navigate. It's all a part of the amazing Emerge Ortho that is beyond compare!
I had a excellent experience with Gina, Betsy, Amanda, and Wanda (that's who I remember after surgery). They were very patient and efficient in their roles. You can tell that they have a heart for what they do. Dr. Rutherford's personality and bedside manner is one of the best that I've had in a long time. I am so glad that he was my surgeon. Thank you everyone at Triangle Surgery Center!
