So I just had a complete right knee replacement at triangle surgical center this morning and the entire staff was absolutely unbelievable. The experience the staff was out of this world receptionist was welcoming and very polite this morning Jill my pre-surgery nurse was phenomenal out of this world. I had such an incredible experience at Triangle Surgery Center! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was super polite, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Liz, who took care of me before surgery, was absolutely amazing! We shared such a great laugh to the point where both our stomachs were hurting. I had a very pleasant visit at the triangle surgery center. The staff was very pleasant. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The center itself was very clean and smelled really good. All staff, including the anesthesiologist were very informative and helpful. From my arrival at the center to my my departure, the attention, professionalism, & support I received was wonderful. Staff were were beyond attentive. They explained each step of the process & what to anticipate. The overall experience was so positive for what could've been a very overwhelming & nerve-wracking scenario.
Everyone, from the lady who checked me in, to my nurses, to the anesthesiologist, to my doctors, were caring, helpful and put me at ease. I was really scared but felt comforted right away by my first nurse Gina. She was great! I loved how the process was fast and efficient with no waiting around. It is a well oiled machine over there for sure!
