This my first time having a procedure done at Triangle and when I say AMAZING staff, they were nothing less. From the time you registered till the time you exit the nursing staff the anesthesiologist everyone was patient kind and amazing. I could not have asked for better care. Oh and my Dr is always great!!
Excellent customer service from Check in staff, Nurses, and Doctors. Convenient location, clean, comfortable waiting area. Shared parking with other businesses so can be bit difficult to find a spot.
I had surgery at Triangle Surgery Center yesterday, and I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately helped put me at ease. I also noticed right away how incredibly clean and spotless the facility was. My experience was amazing from walking in the door to a very sweet receptionist, to meeting all the nurses & anesthesiologist, to speaking with a physician assistant, to having the BEST ortho specialist complete the procedure (Dr. Rutherford), to performing physical therapy with 2 friendly & knowledgeable specialists. I was anxious a few weeks ago about my knee replacement. Wendy was simply amazing with explaining everything that would happen that day. Today is was so peaceful! Each person that had a hand in journey was top notch!!! Bedside manor and each person was incredible!!!
