We've bought and sold homes before, Alexandra was by far the best title closing agent we have used. There was a slight hiccup with the other party in our sale, she was fantastic. She did such an amazing job explaining the situation, the possible outcomes, next steps and then kept in communication as it was worked through. In the book they call closing docs, she knew every page, what it meant, what it was for and clearly explained everything. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends.
