Girl at desk very uplifting. Acted as if she really likes her job, made the patients feel important. All of the staff very professional and very nice. Really a very pleasant atmosphere. Dr was awesome, I felt very relaxed and comfortable with him and his staff. They were very informative. Thanks for an outstanding experience. Patient was Donna Smith.
Trillium Clinic Dermatology in Smithfield has a quaint, clean office. I was amazed and thankful to be able to get an appointment quickly, on the same day I called to schedule, although several patients were in the office that afternoon when I arrived. Great staff! Loved the warm welcome upon entering the bldg and the room. Dr. was also very personable. So glad to have this practice in our area.
My first visit to the Clinic. Excellent customer service upon arrival. Dr Weiss was extremely knowledgeable with a great bed-side manner. Took care of my issues, explained everything clearly and cared about my general health. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Weiss for anyone that required dermatology assessment or procedures. I went in and was out in 6 minutes. Trullium's website described one thing and the doctor said they do not provide that. I informed the doctor it's on their website. They were of course, happy to accept my co-pay for a quick "no" answer. No one offered a refund of course. Disappointed first timer.
