Had to go out of town to visit a very sick friend. I told trinity dental not to do anything until I got back. I told them that I wanted to be sure that I could get a loan for the rest of the money, when I told them I couldnt and wanted them to send the $10,000 back to the loan company they only sent back $5,000. I was told they already spent $5,000 on some things without my permission. They were never Authorize to do anything until I could see about getting the $40,000 loan.

I too was badly treated by ************************* , DMD back in Sept. 2015. She charged for things she did not do, as confirmed by another dentist in ***********. I'm surprised she is still seeing patients !

really believe these people are not very knowledgeable in the work they are trying to perform. I viewed work they did in another woman's mouth, it looked real good. I decided to give them a try. The temporary set was almost perfect I did a video for them and saw it on Facebook. The permanent set is too big, have added 2 back teeth bottom plate that hangs outward almost 3/16" over the natural gum. Too much gum on the left inside and not enough on the inside right. can only chew on two teeth in the whole set. Lower front hangs... read more

First of all the Doctor was rude. Her Chairside manners were horrible . She is unfriendly. She also did a very bad job on my crown it is to small .It feels like I'm still missing a tooth . I have to Bring dental floss with me incase I stop to eat because you could make a sandwich with the amount of food that stays stuck behind the implant / crown . when I called to ask why the crown is so small the Dr. And her Husband ( who takes the Money ) refused to speak to me . they are very unprofessional .
