How do you rate angels who are always on call. As I write this, the hospice chaplain, Brent just called about his visit today and what timing since Don's body is slowly departing. 5 Months ago today my father was blessed to enter the kingdom of our almighty father and be reunited with his Bride. I feel compelled to write this review of thanks & appreciation to the staff at this Hospice. Each and every day as I give thanks for the blessings in my life and there's not a day that goes by I'm not thankful for the patience, love & caring your staff gave him & our family in his final months on earth. We cannot express enough gratitude for the compassion, patience, and professionalism shown by our hospice home care aides, Tashia and Brenda. Their presence brought comfort not only to our loved one, but to our entire family during an incredibly difficult time. The staff at Trinity Health At Home - Grand Haven were amazing to work with from the moment my dad decided he was ready for Hospice and they were contacted. From the initial consult and registration, getting him the medications and medical equipment he needed - everything went so smooth and they were in constant communication with us letting us know what would happen next and following up regularly to make sure my dad was comfortable and that we didn't need anything.
