Dr. Perrotta is absolutely amazing. He even remembered me from four years ago, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. He truly went above and beyond during my visit, bringing me water himself, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, and making sure all of my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was the level of personal care he provided. He personally brought me my discharge paperwork and even took the time to call me the next day when I had a question ... read more
I must say I was extremely impressed by the care given today at Trinity Health ER. My dad was brought in by ambulance and as soon as he was set up they walked me back to be with him. All the staff were great taking care of him until being transferred out, but Stephanie was above and beyond exceptional. She was so sweet and caring with my dad, making sure every need was met. She even got another nurse to poke him, so she didn't hurt him 🙂 She came back to check on him, always poking her head in to see if he needed anything, ... read more
if I could give a -20 stars, I would, my girlfriend arrived there earlier this morning today which is July 19, 2026 early in the morning like 4 o’clock in the morning and she had a UTI plus she was on her Period. they blew her veins three times. They gave her toradol which everybody knows you are not supposed to give someone who has low count blood platelet, and since she had that low already, because the fact that they gave it to ... read more
My toddler had the flu and he was getting worse very quickly. It turned out he also had dka. It was absolutely scary to see my son so dangerously sick and barely responsive. The staff immediately took him back and the doctor asked about type 1 diabetes right away. Thank God they were so hard working and knowledgeable. My son was extremly dehydrated and they worked non-stop to get an iv in him. We ended up taking an ems to motts hospital, but IHA got him on an iv and insulin and he looked so much healthier before we le... read more
The staff here is exceptional. I took my very ill brother here and from the very beginning the care was superb. The staff was all very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They really listened to me and my brother about his medical history and current symptoms and provided care appropriately. If I could give Shelby RN and Ryan PA a million stars l would. We are so lucky to have this ER in our community and all the wonderful people that work there. Thanks again you are all so appreciated.
