My toddler had the flu and he was getting worse very quickly. It turned out he also had dka. It was absolutely scary to see my son so dangerously sick and barely responsive. The staff immediately took him back and the doctor asked about type 1 diabetes right away. Thank God they were so hard working and knowledgeable. My son was extremly dehydrated and they worked non-stop to get an iv in him. I don't understand why their stars are so low. My family has been going here for years and years. They are wonderful every time. The nurses and doctors are so kind and are doing a thankless job. BE KIND TO THEM.

The DOCTORS are lacking the ability to do their job along with empathy for their patients. You are just a number to these doctors and just a paycheck and it shows 1,010% from the doctors. These doctors don't deserve these RNs or MAs that treat like crap while they bust their butts to accommodate your patiences.

Every experience I have had at the Byron rd. Trinity emergency has been wonderful. The staff is attentive and helpful. They helped me every time in my or my families time of need. Thank you for all of your help!

It was the worst experience. I've had at a hospital. The staff was unprofessional and rude. And the security guard yelled at me for no reason. Wouldn't let me have my belongings. Or anything that I bring there never will go there. Again I was experienced heart pumptations and they made it worse.😡
