I have been in the E.R for 14 hours with my 75 year old mother they are unfriendly no communication she had to hit call button because her throat was so dry she couldn't even swallow it took well over 15 minutes for them to respond to the call never responded to the second call I went out and asked if someone could get her a warm blanket she nor myself will make the mistake of returning to this establishment. They are slow for an emergency center. Had yo give it a 1 star cause won't let ya leave a 0 star. Been here over an hr with my wife and only been seen for vitals. But they are all about the food when it gets delivered. Watched doordash come in and they all stopped to talk to them for 30min. Care more for the food then the ppl in here

I contacted “Mercy Hospital” to file a complaint regarding concerns I had been informed about. When I was connected to a supervisor, of ER? I am not sure supervisor of what floor. I was taken aback by the unprofessional manner in which the call was handled. The supervisor answered the phone in a dismissive and unprofessional tone. This location was very busy when I visited and everyone was very courteous and respectful. Thank you for making a bad day better instead of worse, and I appreciate your compassion. P.S. those were the best ice chips I've ever tasted, haha!
