I have to say it is a real thing for women to think they know what a perfect pregnancy is and like a wedding have it planned out. That is definitely not a realistic plan and, that is allowing things to become a problem before it even gets halfway through. There is always going to be something that someone is going to find that doesn't fit in with their ideal of what they believe should happen. I truly appreciate all of the staff at this office, from the front desk and beyond. All of the midwives here are absolutely amazing, enough so that I moved 45 minutes away and I am still seeing them for my second pregnancy because they make me feel so comfortable. I delivered with them at St. Joe's for my first pregnancy and every single person I have worked with has been wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of this office for their excellent care for my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experiences. Every single midwife, medical assistant, and registration clerk that I encountered was so friendly and knowledgeable. I truly felt supported and cared for from the phone call to schedule my first appointment all the way to my last postpartum checkup. The entire perinatal period can be so daunting but this team made it such an amazing experience for me!!

We had the pleasure of working with these amazing midwives. We met most of the midwives the office has to offer and every one of them offered something different. Each one them were so informative, caring, focused and present. From the many useful appointments during pregnancy all the to labor and delivery we were heard and treated like family. I decided to go with the Midwives here because I heard good things about them. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The first round of bloodwork they did indicated to me that my iron looked on the lower side. I talked to the Midwife about this and they said it’s not unusual and it’s not that low. You could take an iron supplement if you want to, but It’s not a must. Fast-forward I’m coming to all my visits telling each one of these Midwife how exhausted I am how I feel like.
