I don’t understand the bad reviews on here it must’ve been a bad season or something because I have seen multiple providers here in the past 6 months and I absolutely love this care team here! They are always available for me to call 24/7 they get me in whenever I’m having issues and the providers show nothin but top of the line care, knowledge, and compassion! I had a truly frustrating and painful experience here. I had an appointment scheduled to have an abscess drained which is something extremely painful and time-sensitive. They called earlier in the day to reschedule my time, which I agreed to, and I drove an hour to get there. After checking in and waiting about twenty minutes, they called me back up to the front desk just to tell me that my provider actually wasn’t there and they wouldn’t be able to see me at all. First and foremost: The way this office handled my miscarriage was atrocious. Before officially miscarrying I asked if they could check my progesterone levels (I was already getting blood work and getting my HCG checked) and they refused. The day of my miscarriage the doctor that I saw told me "well at least you already have a kid." Knowing I was a fertility patient and was actively trying to conceive. Dr. Muszynski is absolutely wonderful, she cared for me while I was pregnant with my twins, and I could not have asked for a better obgyn. She makes you feel comfortable and seems to truly care about her patients. I was terrified to have twins until she became my doctor. HIGHLY recommended in my book!

I've avoided writing this review for about a year, but every time I drive by this place my blood boils. and the review only gets longer as I try to shorten it for you. So I cut the story out as whole and just want anyone reading to know that the amount of disrespect and dismissiveness received from everyone in this building from the moment I walked in was baffling.
