The doctors are kind and listen but they just refer you out to a bunch of different specialists and don’t ever figure things out or balance care based on the findings. It’s frustrating because I really want a centralized provider that can help me balance everything and explain things to me. DO NOT GO HERE. They billed my student $284 for a work physical without telling her ahead of time. When I called the office to ask the price of physicals, they would not give me a straight answer saying that it depended on the person. Why should it matter who it is if it's for a simple work physical. If you have no choice but to go here (as many students without transportation might), make sure that you get all of your costs in writing first!
Checked in online and by the time we drove to the clinic (10 min), name was on the queue. Completed check-in and was taken back within 10 min of arrival. Prompt attention by nurses, follow-up with physician's aid within several minutes, and treated within 1 hour of checking in online from home. The facility is immaculate. Great resource for community members with minor injuries/ailments that do not want to wait at ER for hours.
