If your child is on the spectrum at all, I would not recommend coming here. There is not just one time that it’s horrible. WARNING!! When they tell you a request for a referral, a prescription refill or any action will take up to "48 business hours" they mean up to 6 business days. WARNING!! Not all Trinity offices are "in network" for many health plans. Don't assume you're covered as IHA refers without concern for your coverage. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. A couple of days ago, I made the poor decision to utilize this facility fora routine checkup, blood work and to get some scripts filled. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!!! The Doctor I saw told me that he would be unable to write one of the prescriptions after asking the appointment setter specifically to ask the doctor that they would be willing to write the prescription. Most staff don't seem to care about you. I've seen them treat many people very rudely, including myself and family. There's a few good caring docs and nurse/med asst. A couple front desk seem nice but most are rude as hell. Ive watched them make fun of a special needs person while in the waiting room. Several years back my 8 yr old hurt his arm, it didnt hurt him that much at the time of injury and he could somewhat move his fingers, but it started swelling the next morning.
